Must be 13 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest. Entrants younger than 18 years old must have parent or guardian’s permission.
Entries must be received by December 22, 2014. Online voting will occur through December 22, 2014, at http://nmmarketplace.upickem.net.
From the 10 most popular photos via online voting, our independent judge will select two winners. First prize is an on-location family portrait including one 16x20 and two 8x20 prints valued at $1,000 from Frank Frost Photography. Second prize is a Canon Powershot SX400 IS 30x zoom camera w/4G memory card and a specialized camera bag valued at $430 from Camera & Darkroom. The video winner will receive $200 cash. Runners-up prizes will be given to 10 randomly selected winners who will receive an Enchantment Gift Box, valued at $34.99, from New Mexico Piñon Coffee Company.

Prizes may be picked up at the New Mexico MarketPlace offices, 4308 Carlisle Blvd. NE, Suite 103, Albuquerque, NM 87107.
Employees of New Mexico MarketPlace or its advertisers are ineligible.
Entrants grant to New Mexico MarketPlace the right to use and publish their proper name, city and photo submission online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
New Mexico MarketPlace reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Automated voting of any kind is not allowed. Detection of said automated voting will lead to votes being voided.
Only one registered account per voter. If multiple accounts are detected for a single voter, they will be disabled and votes disqualified.
New Mexico MarketPlace reserves the right to substitute any prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.

All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
Each winner is responsible for all federal, state and local taxes and will be required to complete an IRS form W-9. Sponsor reserves the right to withhold prizes until completed form W-9 is received.
This contest is not intended for gambling. If it is determined that a contestant is using the contest for gambling purposes they will be disqualified and reported to authorities.
